How do I place an order?
New customer registration or existing customer sign in
If you are new to our website, you will need to register as a customer to buy from us. You will need to have the following details:
- Name and email address so that we can send you an order confirmation email.
- Delivery and billing address so we can ensure your orders and invoices arrive safely.
- Company details (if applicable) so we can correctly address the statement or invoice.
When you provide these details they will be stored for future shopping in the My Account section. You will also be able to enjoy the following benefits including order tracking, ability to start refunds online and keep track of customer service queries at any time online.
If you have already registered with us, you will need to enter your login details and password during checkout or go to the login page.
Choosing your payment type
After you have registered or logged in, you will need to tell us how you would like to pay for your order. For more information about our secure online payment system, visit the How To Pay help section.
Delivery and billing address
To ensure your order and invoice arrives safely, you will need to enter your delivery and billing address. Find out more information about how to add, change or edit your addresses in the Delivery help section.
Review and pay for your order
After choosing your delivery information, you will then be able to review your order, payment and shopping basket details on the Pay and Confirm page during checkout.
Please ensure you check all of the details thoroughly as you will be unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, for more information, visit our Returns help section.
When you are ready to confirm your order, click on the "Pay and confirm order" button.
When you have completed the payment of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email advising you of the expected delivery date of your items.
