My order is missing an item - what do I do?
In the first instance, please check your order confirmation email or order dispatch email to make sure all your items were due to arrive in the same delivery.
If all your items were in stock and available for next day delivery then they should be delivered at the same time. If this is the case and you’re missing an item please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order as after this time, we may be unable to assist you with your query.
If you need to contact us about a missing item, please contact us online or call our Customer Service Team on 0800 652 6060, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
If some of your items were out of stock, on 3 – 5 business days delivery or on 10 – 14 business days delivery then they will be delivered separately at a later date.
