Orders from UK Office Direct can be tracked using the FedEx UK website. On the FedEx UK website, login to the application with the following details:

Please note that the user name and password are case sensitive
Once you have logged in you will be taken directly to parcel tracking part of the FedEx website.

To track you parcel first ensure that you have selected the 'Track By Reference' tab as shown below and then enter your customer reference number which is your purchase order number from UK Office Direct, i.e. - Nxxxxxxx or Txxxxxx
