At UK Office Direct we understand that from time-to-time mistakes are made and as such we pride ourselves on a no fuss, no hassle returns policy.

Should an item be damaged in transit this must be reported to our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your delivered order.

Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify our Customer Service team of your decision with 14 working days of receipt of your goods. The item must be sealed, un-used or not damaged in anyway and be in a re-saleable condition. To organise a return simply call a member of our customer service team on 01793 763555 or complete the contact us form.

Should you change your mind about purchasing an air conditioning unit and you wish to return it or the unit is defective, you must notify our customer service team of your decision with 14 working days of receipt of your goods.  Our customer service team will contact you to arrange collection. Following collection and examination of such Product by us and provided we are satisfied with the condition of such Product, we will provide you with a refund less 20% of the purchase price to cover the cost of collection.  

Should your hardware purchase be faulty in anyway you must report this to our customer service team within 28 days of receiving your item. Where a warranty is provided this must be within the warranty period. All warranty repairs are between the manufacturer and the customer.
