- Even relatively low strength hydrofluoric acid is toxic and has the potential to cause serious tissue damage and death when contaminated individuals are not treated swiftly
- C-Gel is a high performance calcium gluconate gel
- C-Gel combines with and neutralises the fluoride ion present in HF acid
- This helps to prevent pain and tissue damage caused by HF acid whilst a patient is in transit to hospital
