When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Our Christmas delivery times are as follows:
The last day to order items marked as next business day delivery for delivery before Christmas will be Thursday 22nd December at 5pm. Deliveries will be made up to 5pm on Friday 23rd December so please make sure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the order.
Orders placed for items with next business day delivery after 12pm on Friday 23rd December until 2nd January will be out for delivery two working days later.
Delivery times will be back to normal for any orders placed on Tuesday 3rd January onwards.
The last day to order furniture for delivery before Christmas will be Friday 16th December at 5pm. Deliveries will be made up to 5pm on Friday 23rd December so please make sure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the order.
Furniture orders placed after 5pm on Friday 16th December until Tuesday 3rd January will be delivered from Wednesday 4th January onwards.

When will customer service be available?
Our Customer Care Team is available weekdays 9am – 5:00pm as normal except for 26th December to 27th December and Monday 2nd January when we are closed
Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales:
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday 23rd December will be delivered on Wednesday 4th January if you’re having your order delivered to an address in Northern Ireland.
If you’re having your order delivered to an address to remote parts of Scotland or Wales, items may take longer to arrive. For next business day delivery items allow an additional 2 – 3 working days for delivery. For furniture and computing items please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be further delayed
Our regular delivery times are as follows:
Products will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately you are unable to request a specific delivery time.
After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email detailing order tracking information. You can also check this information in your My Account section online.
Depending on the day and time your order is placed, please refer to the table below for expected delivery days. If you place your order on a public holiday, your products will take an additional business day to arrive.

If you’re having your order delivered to an address in the Highlands, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Wales, products marked as "Next Day Delivery" may take longer to arrive. Please allow for the additional delivery times from when your order is placed.
Next Day Delivery items: allow an additional 2 – 3 working days for delivery
Office furniture: allow an additional 5 working days for delivery
What happens if I’m not there when my items are delivered?
If you are absent or unable to sign for your delivery, other people in your office can also accept and sign for your delivery on your behalf.
If there is no one available to accept your delivery, our courier will leave a calling card with details on how to contact them to rearrange another delivery. The courier company will usually attempt a second delivery before expecting you to contact them on their details provided to make alternative delivery arrangements.
